Our Federal law says that businesses are not allowed to force you to exclusively purchase only their products. that the quality will be identical to that of an original cartridge. The difference in the inks is visually impossible to detect by the naked eye. Yes we are cartridge refilling nerds, and yes we can refill all cartridges! If for some reason we can't refill a cartridge, we will do our best to get you a low priced compatible cartridge as soon as possible. 5. Yo I'm busy, how long does refilling take?
Yo ! we're busy too, we're students! We will either provide drop off locations where it will take 1-2 days to get your cartridge back depending on the days that we pick it up. Some of us offer on-the-spot service either at our residences, or we may have "store hours" on campus and it could take 5-10 minutes that way. 6. How many times can I get my cartridge refilled?
Well that depends on how well you treat it. If proper care is taken (see cartridge maintainance) your cartridge can last up to 10 refills (We've seen much more). Now lets say it costs you 45 bucks to buy a new cartridge. It would cost you $450.00 to buy those cartridges!!! Now, lets say that it costs you 15 bucks to get it refilled. That's $300.00 savings right there. Now lets say you have 2 cartridges being refilled, that's roughly $600.00 in savings! Its almost like someone handing you $600.00 in cash! 7. What happens when if I go home and the cartridge doesn't work properly?
Then go to our "My Cartridge Doesn't Work" page. If those trouble shooting tips don't work, then contact your local refiller for advice or a full refund. Sometimes it is just a minor adjustment that needs to be made to the cartridge or on the very rare occasion; the cartridge was destined to be a screw up. We will always offer a money back guarantee; we don't think you should have to pay for something that doesn't work, but remember, you must bring the cartridge back to be recycled for full refund!
